The race is open to all athletes, sport federation members and non members of Portuguese Athletics Federation or foreign nationality.

Under no circumstance are you permitted to pass your entry onto someone else.

Participants of the Trail Rota Vicentina 57Km, 25km and 15Km must be at least 18 years of age as of October 13, 2019 in order to participate.

We're sorry, but we are unable to offer refunds. As stated on the application, race fees are not refundable, nor are they transferable from year to year. Once you are signed up, fees are used for event expenses and cannot be returned.

On presentation of an identification card and the official confirmation letter, bibs are to be collected one hour before the start of each distance on the spot. No bibs will be sent by post office.

If you can't make it to number pick-up, you can send someone to pick it up for you. A photocopy of some form of I.D. (valid forms of ID include, driver's license, passport, etc.), for the absent runner along with a note granting permission for the race number and packet to be picked up must be presented in order to have someone else pick up your number.

Yes, The course is duly marked and officials will be located along the route .

If you feel that you will be unable to complete the Trail 57Km, 25Km or 15Km distance and need to drop out, walk and look for a course volunteer for assistance.
